Movable High Shear Dispersing Emulsifier
- It is used for homogenizing and emulsifying creams with middle and low viscosity and suitable for most ingredients.
- Special stator and rotor generate strong cutting ,milling,hittin and turbulence so that emulsifies water and oil,and then granule diameter reach stable status(1-2μm).

- They are mixed efficiently together under intense external force,whereas under nomal conditions they are not miscibility .
- The high speed rotation of the totor sucks materials into the narrow gap between the stator and rotor,where they are subjected to intense mechanical and hydraulic shear .Material are rapidly mixed.

1.Warranty time: one year, from the date which the product is qualified commissioning. Any damage except the wrong operation during warranty period is repaired freely.But the travel and hotel expenses should be count on buyer.

3. Training services: our engineers will train your staff to operate it during the period of installation and commissioning, and they will not leave there until your staff can operate it properly and normally.
